G  - Gospel   

                   This is the true essence of who this singer is and her raw, expressive and distinctive style of delivery makes it special.   Kiralina loves to integrate the spirit and meaning of each song as she communicates with her audiences. When she has completed the presentation of a song, you have been where she was, seen and felt what she was singing about and you are again ready to experience more of this natural and unique sense of passion and love for music.

                       Kiralina's inspiration comes from the desire to share her love of music with many different cultures and ages and will easily and immediately adapt a planned repertoire in order to accomodate those present at any function or any situation that requires her services with regard to ministry or performance.

                        Some of her favorite artists include Nicole C. Mullen, Yolanda Adams, CeCe Winans , Shirley Caeser and Donnie McClurkin  just to name a few, however she continues to embrace and enhance her own signature sound and style.

                     Her favorite gospel song has always been "Amazing Grace" which was the song that initiated her desire to sing, having sung it to pass a music examination at College and the rest is history.

                    Singing gospel music to the hurting, bereaved and troubled brings Kiralina the greatest sense of achievement of doing what she knows she was called to do.

U – Urban 

While still a part of SOUL CHORALE, the most natural person to be called upon to do a “rap’ or “funk” part  of a song, would be Kiralina. This was basically what caused her to develop a knack and sometimes desire to do urban music, however, Kiralina will definitely not sing or perform music that is ‘explicit” and believes that there is no need to lower standards to hit the mark and definitely not the mark of the ‘high’ calling. Her first original song “In the Beginning’ has an urban flair.  

C.    COUNTRY      

KIRALINA  has always loved the honesty and the raw transparency in the lyrics of country music and she finds it easy to embrace the style of mainstream and cross-over country music without the ‘twang’ but with the truthfulness of the messages and the warmth of the music. Country is as close to Gospel in so many ways and it is a genre that she feels quite comfortable singing and interpreting in her own unique style. Shania Twain and Dolly Parton are her two favorite female country singers and she has many of their songs in her repertoire.

C. CLASSICAL 

 Opera has always fascinated KIRALINA and she loves to sing classical music and  even though she is an ‘alto’ she loves to try singing higher than normal ranges because of  the need to incorporate this when singing some classical pieces. These usually require extra training, but she is always ready to accept challenges and loves pushing beyond her comfort zone and achieving sometimes  better than average results. Some of her repertoire includes Pie Jesu, Jesu Joy, You Raise Me Up  – which she would love to one day sing with Josh Groban .

C.  CONTEMPORARY

Pop and R&B are two genres of music that excite Kiralina’s competitive spirit.  She  always wants to accept challenges that will push her always a little bit higher, yet always maintaining humility, love , encouragement and respect for all those with whom she works and ministers. Some people view this type of music as getting away from the gospel, but Kiralina enjoys the refreshing and exhilarating experiences working sometimes with extremely professional and interesting people and music other than in the gospel milieu. 

Kiralina finds some pop and R&B music definitely interesting in musicality, styling, rhythms and for performance purposes adapts lyrics that are suitable to her style and the places that she normally presents her music. Her all-time favorite pop singer is Celine Dion and she loves all that Celine represents. Even though she got to meet her husband, she is always ready to meet this famous singer. Seeing another favorite Alicia Keyes and actually hugging Patti Labelle and  Aaron Neville has added highlights and endeared her to some of their music which keeps her GUCCCI flavor intact.

I. INSPIRATIONAL 

Inspirational music, inspires, but we know that because most of all Christian music does just that, Kiralina always goes just a little deeper  in her spirit and into each song in order to truly present this part of her GUCCCI flavour. Kiralina wants to inspire her audiences towards love, joy, peace and hope so it is important for her to choose the correct lyrics and melodies to meet their needs. We have to be inspired in order to inspire therefore Inspirational, for Kiralina is a blend of all her musical styles and genres, but brings people to a different place when they see her minister or perform and when they play her music. She blends certain elements of worship into most of her material in order to always make it inspiring in its presentation.

Kiralina’s  desire is to let not only her Inspirational music , but all that she presents, remain with you long after the instruments become silent.
